The big addition this year to our decorations was the inclusion of Katherine.  Poor Katherine lost her husband in a terrible woodworking accident and has been haunting our garage ever since she died. 

To complete the overall scene, smoke was provided by a smoke machine hidden behind the sheets, and chilled in my home made chiller.  A motion activated strobe light would flash as kids walked up to the house.  A constant soundtrack of creepy music was playing the whole night, accented by cracks of thunder.
